My daughter, Emily and I  worked tirelessly as a team to plan and execute Emily's wedding in September of 2008. The two of us loved the experience of planning everything from the photography to the wedding reception to the wedding invitations. We were happy but also sad when her big wedding day came to a conclusion, but vowed that the 2 years of planning which led to a stress-free wedding could be shared with other mothers and daughters or anyone planning an event. We decided to focus on the invitations as we created and customized all of the invitations for Emily's showers, her wedding, and received rave reviews concerning the fan wedding programs -  this was the beginning of Simply Notable Weddings & Events!

I have a background of teaching and radio advertising. As a Senior Account Executive for 10 years and most recently with Regent Communications, my advertising background has given me experience with planning events and promotions as well as building numerous business contacts with a reputation of providing great service.

Emily graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Advertising. She is currently a manager at Cache at Eastland Mall and has a definite flare for design and color. Her clients love her spark, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
